After 2 years in the UK, Helen Davidson, Founder of the Kidzmix Program is back, with new ideas and products to help children and their parents develop these essential skills.

What is the Kidzmix Program?
A 9 hour group program for children that teaches a range of interpersonal skills such as dealing with bullying and teasing; joining in games; being friendly
Is based on the latest research about developing positive mental health in childhood through strengthening their social and emotional skills
It combines discussion, pen and paper activities and lots of role plays for ‘real life’ practise
Includes a copy of Helen’s new book, The 4th ‘R’- Relationships – As Important as Reading, Writing and Arithmetic – a self-help book which is for the child and parent
Benefits parents as well – with a 1 hour pre-program child and parent workshop
Has been developed by a child therapist with 25 years experience in children’s mental health
